Organizational Meeting February 24^th, 5pm

Present: Tom Goodwin, Ray Henderson, Jennifer Sek, Luis Freitas, Jack Mazeika, Mike Mazeika, Chris Murphy, Geoff McPeek, Jeff Watson, Marc Hickox, Stephen Cribbin, Dave Robinson

-Tom asks for previous minutes to be accepted, they are

-Tom reminds people of the blog

-Chris suggests that you familiarize yourself with it if you wish to be part of the org com

Tom comments on the Fair Play Committee’s excellent progress

-Fair Play committee currently working on ByLaws

-Luis determines that Managers will see bylaws before implementation

-Tom states the importance of teams self governing their discipline

-Tom also reiterates the importance of EFFECTIVE Conflict resolution

-poor attitudes, language and unsportsmanlike behaviour to become more of a focus for referees

OVERVIEW

-It is determined that the ‘group’ will consist of up to 10 people

-Group is cool with Ray sending info to teams regarding Candidate and election process and that it should be after the Summit

-A draft of the Candidate of the Election Process is being…drafted
